How MyTicketHub works

MyTicketHub is an independent ticket marketplace. We help customers reserve tickets already available on the secondary market and then complete support validation before final delivery.

1. Choose an event and seat area

Open an event, review the venue, select the number of tickets, then choose the section and row shown in the seat map or listing panel.

2. Create a provisional reservation

After checkout, the site creates a provisional reservation code and a QR reference. This is not valid for entry yet. It lets support identify the exact event, section, row, seat range, quantity and customer details.

3. Support confirms availability

Support checks the reservation and contacts the customer at the email or phone number provided. The customer can also contact support directly with the booking code.

4. Final ticket delivery

Once the order is validated and payment is complete, support sends the final confirmation instructions. Where applicable, support can provide instructions to make the ticket available in the relevant official mobile app, such as the UEFA mobile app.

MyTicketHub is not the official organizer, primary ticket issuer, or direct representative of UEFA, FIFA, NBA, NFL, Premier League, Ticketmaster, clubs, teams, venues, or artists unless this is clearly stated for a specific partnership. Customers buy through an independent resale marketplace.
