Refund policy

This policy explains how reservations, confirmations and refunds are handled on MyTicketHub.

Before support confirmation

A provisional reservation is not a final ticket. If support cannot confirm the requested ticket, the customer is contacted with an alternative option or cancellation instructions.

After support confirmation

After a ticket is confirmed and delivered, resale marketplace rules can limit cancellations because the ticket may have been secured from a third-party owner or partner. Support will review each case based on the event, ticket status and applicable resale rules.

Event cancellation or postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed, support follows the policy of the organizer, venue, primary ticket issuer or resale partner that supplied the ticket. Customers should keep their booking code for faster handling.

How to request help

Email support with the booking code, event name, customer name and the reason for the request. Do not send payment card details by email.
