Ticketing terms

These terms explain the role of MyTicketHub as an independent resale marketplace and how provisional reservations are validated.

Independent resale marketplace

MyTicketHub operates as a ticket resale platform. Tickets offered on the website may be tickets that were previously purchased through official or authorized distribution channels and are resold by their owners, suppliers or partners.

No official affiliation unless stated

MyTicketHub does not claim to be the official organizer, primary ticket issuer, or direct representative of UEFA, FIFA, NBA, NFL, Premier League, Ticketmaster, clubs, teams, venues or artists unless a specific page clearly states an authorized partnership.

Prices and availability

Prices on resale marketplaces may vary depending on market demand, seat location, ticket availability and event popularity. Displayed availability is MyTicketHub marketplace inventory and can change during support validation.

Provisional tickets

A ticket code or QR generated before support validation is a provisional reservation reference only. It becomes usable for entry only after support confirms the order and provides final delivery instructions.

Organizer terms

Customers must comply with the rules of the event organizer, venue and primary ticket issuer. For UEFA events, customers must also follow the applicable UEFA ticketing terms and conditions for the relevant season and competition.

Payment safety

Do not send card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes by email. MyTicketHub support only needs the booking code, event details and customer contact information to identify a reservation.
